Photographing earrings

Photographing earrings can be a daunting task for anyone just starting out in product photography. Many may think it’s just a matter of setting up the camera and shooting, but there are a few tips and tricks that will ensure you get the best possible shots. When photographing jewelry, such as earrings, it is important to control the lighting. If you have access to studio lighting, use two spotlights placed at a 45-degree angle on either side of the jewelry to create soft light and avoid harsh shadows. Adjusting the shutter speed can also help create more depth of field and reduce blur in close-ups.
