Your dashboard provides an intuitive overview of everything you need:

1. Your brand name is prominently displayed at the top
2. Project status shows all your ongoing work
3. Payment overview displays your financial information
4. The navigation menu gives quick access to all features

Every project in your dashboard includes:

1. A unique project ID
2. Status indicator (not started, in progress, on hold, approved, or archived)
3. Visual thumbnail for easy identification
4. Progress updates with action items
5. Payment status icons (black for estimated, red for outstanding, green for paid)

Each project comes with two essential sections:

1. Brief – Access your project specifications
2. Folders – View and share:
   • Project files
   • Revision history
   • Final renderings

Managing your project finances is straightforward:

1. Estimates can be:
   • Reviewed in detail
   • Downloaded
   • Accepted or declined
2. Invoices include:
   • Issue and due dates
   • Payment options (credit card or wire transfer)
   • Upload section for payment proof

1. Calendar Integration – The calendar feature allows you to track all your important dates in one place, from project start dates to payment history and project milestones.
2. Profile Management – Your profile settings let you customize your My.Welpix.com experience, including company details and team member access. As the company owner, you can manage notification preferences and keep contact information up to date for your entire team.

Starting New Projects – The blue New Project button is your gateway to starting new work with us. Simply enter your project name, image requirements, and description, along with any reference files and your desired deadline.
